I can't believe how many Hoops I had to jump through just to call your company and after all of that a machine came on asking me for some code and then hung up on me. No offense but this might be one of the reasons why your company isn't doing better

I have approximately $1,000 worth of gift cards that I purchased. Was wondering during the bankruptcy case when we were going to get credit or partial credit on the gift cards.

It is Friday night at 8:15 p.m. EST I call our local Sweet Tomatoes and They are not taking any more orders as they are full up until closing time at 9 p.m.. They don't close until 9 p.m. and would not take a phone order or walk-in order. Why would they advertise that they are opened until 9 p.m. if they are NOT TAKING ANY MORE ORDERS!!! What an AWFUL way to run a business!!! Do they not need the money / business???!!! I am very discouraged and will pass this on to my community!! Let's see how business declines now!!!

Hello! My name is Jennifer! I used to work at 3505 mall blvd Duluth GA! I haven’t spoke to anyone but plenty of people are telling me I should had went to corporate to have complained cause I wasn’t treated fairly while working at the establishment! So I started working at sweet tomatoes September 12th 2019 if not somewhere around there I know I have all the schedules I have to prove my working there! So since day 1 I honestly don’t know their last names but I do know their names I called them by but they are Managment who work there if you call and ask who they are! But the first month I started working it was fine after that month it went all down hill from there! Tami, Janice, and Zeek who are all managment are the main people who would bully and talk about me to other crew members or with them! I would be talked down and laughed at! Meaning cursing, talking junk, and telling me and everyone else they personal business which I think shouldn’t be told in a business facility! What a lot of us would think wasn’t fair also was that Tami the manager would bring all her kids and nephews to the restaurant to eat for free for hours but if we ate a piece of bread cause we couldn’t afford a meal we would get yelled at and called all types of names and laughed at by managment cause they would think we are stupid to not be able to afford a meal! I was mocked for being one of the ones who couldn’t always afford a meal cause I am a single mother who just moved to Georgia from CT! They pick and choose who can get a lot of hours and who can’t! Like I said I’m a single mother and I only got 5-6 hours a day for 5 days and $9-$10 while others who have no kids and nothing to worry about who get over 8 hours to a $11 hours pay! Also what wasn’t fair with picking a choosing was that they would get mad and yell if I didn’t do what they say when they say it or if I didn’t finish the job 100% right but if it was a member that they are friends with they will let them do half way jobs and leave things a mess to have someone like me coming in right after them cleaning up after them and doing most of there job! They also didn’t have a great cleaning there cause I have sensitive skin and I would break out mostly on my hands cause of the one mop they used for the bathroom, all doors and salad bar and never washed or changed it, same broom and other brooms that where used for the same areas and never cleaned, they would have bug inspections every month but we still have roaches all the time in the food area especially! All the time where I worked at the salad bar I find ants and roaches near the food! But I always caught them before anyone sees them! The bug inspections never worked! Everytime I got bullied or talked to crazy by staff and managment I would report it to Valerie the boss and she wouldn’t believe me cause it was people who she was friends with and wouldn’t do anything about it! What drew the line for me was when a male crew member who had just started working in December 2019 and threatened me twice and Tami the manager was there and claimed she didn’t see or hear anything only what I said! So Valerie only believed everyone else but me! So I stopped speaking to Valerie about anything cause at this point I didn’t feel safe to say anything and everyone that was bullying me was already making me feel depressed! So Tami didn’t like that I didn’t want to speak to her anymore and ignored her everytime she wanted to talk about none related work things and when I didn’t say happy birthday to her so she talked junk about me to a few crew members who told me that she said it and laughed at me all day! Then she noticed after the whole time Iv worked there I was chewing gum so she yelled at me to spit it out so I said yes I can but why are you yelling at me and now it’s a problem that I’m chewing gum cause she never had a problem before! So she tells me I have to leave cause I’m not following rules and not respecting her called Valerie infront of me and lied saying I said something else and did something else and wouldn’t let me tell Valerie what really happened and that I had proof what Tami really does in the work place and then Valerie told me to just leave cause she won’t be back in work till that Friday and that I can come back and we can talk about the situation but she never did and since then I wasn’t told if I was fired or not they just let me go without saying knowing I have a child to feed and take care of with no warning and I had no other job I have no other income or anything and people told me in the job that it wouldn’t be no point in going for unemployment cause Valerie would take me to court! I have no other income no foodstamps nothing! I was let go without knowing! Now I’m struggling hard to feed my son and provide for myself also!

Bought $40.00 gift card and now want to know if I am to be reimbursed.

I have five or six free buffets certificates cut I'm unable to use due to covet and Sweet Tomatoes going bankrupt please advise what to do with these 786-409-****
